We are a business that cares about it's community and our corporate and social responsibility is very important to us. Our recruitment revenues help us to fund the upkeep of mysignpost.org, a FREE community based directory of services which has helped thousands of people to progress in work, learning and life.
With a background in employability practices our approach to recruitment has always been centred on providing exceptional information, advice and guidance. For our candidates, this means we are upfront and honest but always constructive in how we work with them. We will pass on advice in how they can improve their market value and we will provide tips and support whenever it is appropriate, but we never hold hands throughout a recruitment process. We recognise the line between being supportive and being dependant, and we work hard never to cross it.
For employers, we believe our job is to not only find the best prospective employees available, but to fully prepare the candidate on the detail of the job.
