It's our duty to be an ethical and responsible business, whether that is within our workplace, environment, marketplace or community.
 
We play a key role in helping disadvantaged people to get the support they need to progress in their lives.  We do this by investing, managing and maintaining MySignpost, a non-profit making online directory of over 4,000 services across Greater Merseyside which has helped thousands of people to improve their lives.

MySignpost is a free online service initially developed with European (ESF) money in 2009 and now wholly managed and supported through our recruitment business activities.  We are committed to keeping this free for all community members as well as practitioners, now and in the future. Our clients support this approach and they can be assured that we will always direct a percentage of the payments we receive towards the continuation of this unique community service. 

In 2009 Greengrape Solutions carried out a comprehensive mapping exercise, over an 18 month period, to identify the vast range of publicly available help and support across Greater Merseyside. We successfully mapped out support in areas such as employment, training, childcare, housing, financial help and other areas of great social need.
The result is a comprehensive directory, which details over 4,000 services across Greater Merseyside and hosts a network of thousands of employment and training advisers, practitioners and community users.
Acknowledged in 2011 by the then Minister for Employment, Chris Grayling as an initiative that was expected to be very successful, it is proving just that for employment and skills practitioners.
In fact, MySignpost is much more than a directory of services.  It provides information on grant or funding opportunities, provider and community events, tips, advice and inspirational stories relating to employment and skills, up to date news on key initiatives across the region, and information on jobs and opportunities.
 
On top of this, MySignpost provides advisers and practitioners with a vehicle to connect with thousands of other practitioners to ask questions, provide help & advice and to share best practice.
