In short, when you hire someone on a fixed term contract, the candidate will be paid through your payroll and so VAT is applicable to the agency fee only. We are always on hand to provide guidance through this process, and unlike many competitors, offer monthly rolling contracts to allow you to maintain flexibility that you would have achieved through a temporary workforce.
