The genesis of MySignpost lies in an earlier pilot project devised by Greengrape Solutions in 2008.

South Liverpool Signpost [www.southliverpoolsignpost.co.uk] is a unique multi-media tool created to support local enterprise by offering a comprehensive directory of employment, training and community services within the area, with practitioners and individuals able to quickly source provision.

Councillor Marilyn Fielding, Liverpool's executive member for Safer, Stronger Communities said: "By putting everyone concerned in the area's regeneration on one easy-to-use directory, we hope to transform South Liverpool into an economic hotspot. Ultimately we want to increase activity in all areas of the city."

South Liverpool Signpost has the overall strategic aim of supporting all residents to secure sustainable employment and develop skills ensuring the future competitiveness of the city's economy.
